Gaithersburg To Introduce Finalists For City Manager Position
Finalists to be revealed on Friday.

Gaithersburg's search for a new city manager is nearing a close.
The city will announce finalists for the position this Friday, then introduce them to city staff on Nov. 16, and invite the public for a "Meet and Greet" Saturday, Nov. 17, before making a final decision, according to a news release.
Tony Tomasello has served as acting city manager since the June 15 resignation of former City Manager Angel Jones. Tomasello was hired by the city in 1996 as its economic development director and has served as deputy city manager since 2001.
