Man Who Fled From Cops In Gaithersburg Turns Himself In: PD
A wanted person who fled from police in Gaithersburg Thursday has turned himself in, according to authorities.
GAITHERSBURG, MD — A wanted man who fled from police in Gaithersburg's downtown Crown area Thursday afternoon has turned himself in.
The suspect, who is now in custody, was served with a warrant for second-degree rape, according to Montgomery County police. Authorities are expected to release his identity and other information once he has been processed.
Police do not believe what happened Thursday is connected to Wednesday's incident near Lakeforest Mall.
