Motorbikes on the lawns of Quail Valley: Who is This?
Mud tracks and high-impact collisions with pedestrians are two reasons why motorized vehicles are forbidden in Quail Valley HOA.
Motorbikes and four-wheelers are zipping over the common lawns of Quail Valley HOA on the weekends. The police have few resources to pursue this low-level crime. What we really need are many eyes on the problem. Your eyes. Do you know where (in which back yard) any of these vehicles are parked? If so, please send an email to our property management,
with "Motorbikes at Quail Valley" on the subject line.

Our community is open, and folks from nearby neighborhoods visit to push a baby in a stroller, walk a dog, or play on the playgrounds. We also want to keep it safe and clean. Please come visit, and respect our rules while you are here.
