• Family Of 8 Displaced After $150K House Fire Spreads Through Gaithersburg Home (dailyvoice.com) — A family of eight was displaced after a Friday night fire caused more than $150,000 in damage to a home on Tern Drive in the Gaithersburg/Darnestown area. Firefighters say working smoke alarms gave everyone time to escape, and investigators traced the accidental blaze to the basement HVAC utility room.
