GAITHERSBURG, MD — Authorities say they've identified the man who had turned himself in after fleeing from police Thursday.

Twon Dominique Kelly, 25, of an undetermined address, is accused of raping a woman at a house party last month in Gaithersburg. He has been charged with second-degree rape and assault, according to Montgomery County police.

After speaking with the woman and identifying Kelly as the suspect, police tried to serve him an arrest warrant Thursday in Gaithersburg's downtown Crown area. He, however, managed to flee on foot.
