GAITHERSBURG, MD — Montgomery County officials say William Earl Baker, Jr. has been located and is safe.


(Original post) GAITHERSBURG, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing Olney man with dementia.

William Earl Baker, Jr., 67, was last seen Monday afternoon at the Gaithersburg Costco at 880 Russell Ave.

Investigators describe Baker as a 5-foot-11, 170-pound male with blue eyes and a gray mustache. Authorities say Baker — who is balding and wears glasses — drives a silver 2005 Honda Odyssey minivan with Maryland tags: 527M889.

Anyone who sees Baker's car, or knows about his whereabouts, should call 911.
