ALDI To Host Montgomery County Hiring Event

GERMANTOWN, MD — ALDI, a German-based grocery store chain, is hosting a hiring event for its Germantown store on Wednesday, June 20.

ALDI is seeking store associates starting at $12.70-13.50 per hour; shift managers at $17.20-18 per hour and manager trainee positions. Store managers can earn $54,000 to $62,000 per year, with an opportunity to earn $70,000 to $90,000 per year.

Employees working an average 25 hours a week are eligible for full health insurance benefits and dental coverage. All employees can participate in the 401(k) program.

Employees must: be 18 years or older to apply; have a high school diploma or GED; undergo a drug screening and background check and have the ability to lift 45 pounds.

Employees must be able to work anytime between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. Monday through Sunday.

The hiring event will take place at the Germantown store, located at 20904 Frederick Rd. from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20.
