Early Voting Starts Thursday, Ride On Buses Offer Routes To Montgomery Co. Voting Centers
Early voting will be available at 14 centers starting Thursday. Ride On will have several routes available to the voting centers.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — Early voting in Montgomery County for the 2022 gubernatorial primary election will be offered at 14 early voting centers from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. July 7 through July 14, including Saturday and Sunday.
Anyone registered to vote can vote during early voting. Anyone eligible to register to vote can also vote during early voting. Registered voters have always been able to vote during early voting, but now individuals who are eligible but not yet registered can register and vote.
To register and vote during early voting, go to one of the early voting centers in Montgomery County and bring a document that proves where you live. This document can be an MVA-issued license, ID card or change of address card, a paycheck, bank statement, utility bill or other government document with your name and new address. You will be able to register to vote and vote.

“In Montgomery County, a large portion of our population relies on public transportation for essential trips,” MCDOT Director Chris Conklin said. “Buses allow for inclusion, connectedness and advancement. We want to ensure that all of our residents, regardless of income or ability, can get to polling sites.”
