A 33-year-old Germantown man is charged with exposing himself more than once in a Silver Spring parking garage. Ryan De Leon, of the 19200 block of Misty Meadow Terrace, is being held on $15,000 bond, according to a police news release. The incidents took place in the public parking garage at 921 Wayne Avenue on May 23, May 29 and June 2, Montgomery County police said. Police are asking any additional victims to come forward. In the first of the three reported incidents, De Leon was dressed in business clothes and carrying a shirt on a hanger in front of his body when he got on an elevator with a woman. Once on the elevator, he moved the shirt so that he was exposing himself, police said. The other two incidents were similar to the first, police said. Detectives are urging anyone who believes that they have been a victim to contact the 3rd District Investigative Section at 301-565-5835.
