Hit-And-Run Driver Strikes Teen On Way To School

A teen was struck in a hit-and-run while walking to Seneca Valley High School Friday morning.

GERMANTOWN, MD — A teen was struck in a hit-and-run while walking to school in Germantown Friday morning, Montgomery County police said.

The teen was crossing Middlebrook Road on his way to Seneca Valley High School when a car struck him, NBC Washington reports.

The driver left the scene of the accident. The teen suffered minor injuries and was transported to the hospital.
