Missing Germantown Man Last Seen Friday: Police

GERMANTOWN, MD — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Germantown man.

Jean Philippe Tonle, 21, was last seen by family members at about 3 p.m. Friday, June 8, when he left his Harmony Woods Lane home on foot.

Tonle is without his medication and police and family are concerned for his welfare, a police statement said.

Police describe Tonle as a black male, about 5’10” and weighs 140 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Jean Philippe Tonle is asked to call the 24-hour police non-emergency line at 301-279-8000.
