• Teen Charged In Crash That Killed Germantown Woman (patch.com) — Germantown residents are learning that a 19-year-old Boyds man has been charged in the rollover crash that killed local resident Mary Elizabeth Moody at Great Seneca Highway and Mateny Road last July. Police say his blood alcohol level was 0.20, he had used marijuana, and data show he was driving about 94 mph in a 55-mph zone before the collision.
