Wednesday, July 17, 2013)Reported missing by family Saturday, Joshua David Ellis, 37, of the 12000 block of Kitchen House Way in Germantown, has returned home safe and unharmed, Montgomery County police said in a news release Wednesday. ---ORIGINAL (11:24 A.M. Thursday, July 16, 2013)Montgomery County Police have asked for help finding Joshua David Ellis, a Germantown resident last seen Saturday morning. Ellis, 37, of the 12000 block of Kitchen House Way, was last seen 9:30 a.m. walking away from his residence.  Police described Ellis as a white male, 5'10″ tall, and weighing approximately 170 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.  Ellis was last seen wearing a blue jeans, and he was carrying a bag. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Montgomery County Police nonemergency number, 301-279-8000.
