CLARKSBURG, MD — Detectives with the Montgomery County Police Department are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing Clarksburg man.Karl Eric Barney, 43, was last seen at about 12:40 a.m. Wednesday when he left his Horseshoe Bend Circle in a white, 2013 Volkswagen Jetta with Maryland tags: 1BL0835, police said. Police and family members are concerned for Barney's physical and emotional welfare. Barney is described by police as a white male, 5'10" tall and weighs 185 pounds.
