Police Seek Missing Germantown Man With Down Syndrome
Joseph Moubarek was last seen on Tuesday evening as he left MedStar Washington Hospital Center in D.C., police said.

GERMANTOWN, MD — Police are asking the public for assistance in locating a missing 20-year-old Germantown man with Down syndrome.
Joseph Moubarek, of Winding Creek Way, was last seen on Tuesday evening as he left MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Northwest Washington, D.C.
Police and family are concerned for his physical and emotional welfare, police said.

Moubarek is described by police as a white male, 5’6” tall and weighs 145 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red and black jacket and black Sorel boots, police said.
Detectives are asking anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Moubarek to call the Montgomery County Police Department’s non-emergency number at 301-279-8000. Callers may remain anonymous.
