Report: NFL Player, Former Northwest Star, Arrested For Gun Charges In DC

Former Northwest standout Joe Lefeged was arrested overnight in Washington, DC, according to media reports.

Former Northwest High School standout and current Indianapolis Colts safety Joe Lefeged was arrested overnight in Washington, DC, for multiple gun-related charges, according to media reports.

Lefeged, a Germantown native, was arrested after fleeing a routine traffic stop with another male, the Indianapolis Star reported.

The 25-year-old faces charges of carrying a firearm without license, unregistered firearm, unregistered ammunition and presence of a firearm in a motor vehicle, according to the report.
