Silver Spring Men Charged With Killing Teen In Germantown
Two Silver Spring men were charged with the fatal shooting of Andrew Turner, 18, in Germantown in a drug deal gone wrong.

GERMANTOWN, MD — Two Silver Spring men were arrested for the fatal shooting of an 18-year-old Germantown man in a drug deal gone wrong on Dec. 16, 2017.
Police arrested Kairee Deyonte Dorsey, 27, of Sir Thomas Way and Christopher Arthur Breeden Jr., 23, of Lockwood Drive for the murder of Andrew Turner of Falling Water Circle.
Turner was found suffering from a gunshot wound and pronounced dead on the scene at his home in the 12900 block of Falling Water Circle at about 4:36 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16.

Investigation revealed Turner was selling marijuana from his home. Detectives believe Bredeen and Dorsey traveled from Silver Spring to Germantown, robbed Turner of marijuana and shot him.

Dorsey was arrested during a traffic stop on Feb. 28. He was charged with wearing, carrying and transporting a handgun, possession of Oxycodone, possession of counterfeit United States currency, and other charges related to firearms and drug possession.
Detectives searched Dorsey's home and found evidence that linked him to Turner's murder, police said.
An arrest warrant was obtained for Breeden on March 2. Police charged him with one count of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder. He was arrested on March 7 in Columbia and transported to the Central Processing Unit. Breeden is currently being held without bond, police said.
Detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Dorsey on March 8, charging him with one count of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder. He was served with the warrant while in custody of the Montgomery County Department of Corrections.
Dorsey is scheduled for bond review at the Rockville District Court on Tuesday at 1 p.m., police said.
