Taking updated Moderna vaccine at CCACC Health Center for free

CCACC Health Center is working with Montgomery County DHHS to help vaccinating uninsured patients (MCares) for COVID vaccination efforts.

Please bring your ID (Driver's License, Passport, or Birth Certificate), and vaccination card with you for the appointment.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us at 240-393-5950 or email us at panasianclinic@ccacc-dc.org to cancel it as soon as possible so that your appointment can be offered to someone else.

Please noted:

1. You are eligible to receive these vaccines if it has been at least 2 months since receiving your last Covid-19 vaccination.

2. It is safe to get both the Covid-19 vaccine and flu shot at the same time.
