Update: Germantown Grocery Fire Caused $160,000 in Damage
MCFRS: Fire started in a storage room.

A fire that struck a two-story commercial building in Germantown Wednesday caused $160,000 in damage, a Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman told Patch.
The fire started inside a storage room on the first floor of the Waters Road site, which houses Halal House Fresh Food Markets on one end and an auto shop on the other end, MCFRS spokeswoman Beth Anne Nesselt said.
Firefighters were dispatched at around 11:15 a.m., Wednesday, and were met by significant smoke on both levels and all sides of the structure, Nesselt said.

No one was injured.
The blaze destroyed $110,000 of contents and caused $50,000 in structural damage, according to MCFRS.
