GERMANTOWN, MD — Police <a href="https://patch.com/maryland/germantown/man-dead-germantown-shooting-police" target="_blank">identified the man</a> who died in Saturday afternoon's fatal shooting in Germantown. The victim is identified as Andrew Douglas Turner, 18, police announced Tuesday.Police located Turner suffering from an apparent gunshot wound and pronounced him dead on the scene in the 12900 block of Falling Water Circle at about 4:36 p.m. Saturday.Police said Turner is a residence of the Falling Water Circle home he was discovered at.<hr />See Also: <a href="https://patch.com/maryland/germantown/man-dead-germantown-shooting-police">Man Dead In Germantown Shooting: Police </a><hr />Anyone with information regarding this homicide is urged to contact the Major Crimes Division at 240.773.5070.
