  4. Baltimore Police is looking for a missing senior citizen. Emmaline Woodson was last seen on Dec. 20, at Belvedere Avenue. She is 74 years old and was wearing a blue ball cap, blue jacket, blue jeans and dark blue Crocs at the time she went missing.
