Police: Disgruntled Customer Robs Hip Hop Fish and Chicken
Police arrested a man who attempted to rob the Glen Burnie restaurant shortly after leaving for causing a disturbance.

Anne Arundel County police arrested a man after they said he caused a disturbance and then attempted to rob Hip Hop Fish and Chicken in Glen Burnie on Wednesday night.
At approximately 10 p.m., a man entered the restaurant, on the 6600 block of Ritchie Highway, assaulted an employee and attempted to grab cash from the register, police said. When the employee prevented the suspect from removing cash, the suspect struck him in the face and fled on foot.
The employee told police that he had asked the suspect to leave the business earlier for causing a disturbance. Shortly thereafter, the suspect returned to attempt the robbery.
Arriving officers located a man matching the suspect's description near the restaurant, and the victim positively identified him as the suspect.
Police arrested Robert Bethea, 38, and charged him with one count of robbery, one count of second-degree assault, one count of trespassing on private property and one count of disorderly conduct. Bethea is a resident of Glen Burnie, according to charging documents.
