Police closed a section of Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie on Tuesday morning, after the bed of a dump truck struck a traffic light, reports The Capital-Gazette.
At approximately 2:47 a.m., the raised truck bed struck a traffic light near Ordnance Road, causing part of the pole to fall into the roadway, according to the report.
