Woman Charged in Assault of Special Needs Student: Police

Police have charged a woman in connection with the assault on a special needs student on a Prince George's County school bus last month.

Police say that 45-year-old Owoade Elusanni repeatedly hit a 19-year-old student back on Sept. 2 in an incident that was recorded by a camera on the bus, according to a report from the Prince George's County Police Department.

The student was not injured in the attack. The bus was in a parking lot at C. Elizabeth Rieg Regional School. >>> Read more.
