- Police announced that they arrested a man Monday after an attempted ATM theft in Glen Burnie prompted a chase through Baltimore and Dundalk. Officers identified the arrestee as 29-year-old Arteze Marquis Lang of Baltimore. The encounter started around 5:30 a.m. when authorities responded to a Walgreens, located at 7953 Crain Highway, for an intruder alarm. Witnesses told police that three males were using a van to ram into the store front in hopes of stealing the ATM from the business. (Glen Burnie Patch)
- Sitting around a crackling bonfire and sipping hot apple cider, a group of young adults gathered outside St. John the Evangelist Church in Severna Park Nov. 5 to talk about the future of the Catholic Church and share their input regarding Pope Francis’ 2021-23 Synod on Synodality. - The Board of Education today approved a negotiated agreement for Fiscal Year 2022 with the Association of Educational Leaders (AEL), the bargaining unit which represents building administrators, coordinators, and special assistants.
