Late Veterans To Be Honored With Memorial Day 5K Run In Linthicum
Anne Arundel residents will honor late veterans with a 5K run on Memorial Day. The Linthicum race will also feature a circle of remembrance.

LINTHICUM, MD — Linthicum Heights will honor late veterans with a 5K fun run this Memorial Day, which is on Monday, May 30. Attendees will also participate in a circle of remembrance.
The event starts at 9 a.m. at the Linthicum Veterans Memorial. That monument sits at 203 Maple Road and pays tribute to members of the armed forces.
Construction on the memorial began in 2008, and it finished in 2010. The corner park features hundreds of brick pavers with the names of local veterans.
