Man Charged Nearly a Year After Fatal Hit-And-Run in Glen Burnie
Donovan Scott Bailey, 45, of Pasadena, was charged with failure to immediately return to the scene of an accident involving a death.

A man has been charged nearly a year after a fatal hit-and-run in Glen Burnie following an investigation by the Anne Arundel County state's attorney's office.
On November 20, 2012, a driver struck and killed John Junior Stewart, 52.
Witnesses told police a dark-colored van or sport utility vehicle had struck Stewart, who was not in a crosswalk at the time, stopped, then continued driving.
Donovan Scott Bailey, 45, of Pasadena, was charged with failure to immediately return to the scene of an accident involving a death. Bailey was interviewed by the Anne Arundel County Police Department hours after the incident. Police determined his vehicle fit the description provided by witnesses, however, he was released without being charged.
The state's attorney reviewed the case and has charged Bailey. A court summons was issued on Saturday, according to a news release.
