  1. Walgreens has imposed a four-item purchase limit on at-home COVID-19 testing products as demand soars. During the pandemic, Maryland has had a total of 663,414 confirmed COVID cases. As of Sunday, the state had a positivity rate of 15.85 percent. (Patch)
  2. Anne Arundel Tornado victims will receive grants from The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development. The grants will help residents to rebuild their homes and businesses after the Tropical Depression Ida tornado that hit the state on Sep. 1. (Patch)
  3. Anne Arundel and American Legion Post 40 in Glen Burnie delivered Christmas meals to those in need. The event took place at Glen Burnie American Legion. Police Officers and their families helped to put the food in boxes to be delivered around Anne Arundel County. (Twitter)
  4. A Seven-year-old boy lost his life after an accidental fire at his home on Christmas morning. The fire happened at the 6700 block of Townbrook Drive in Gwynn Oaks. Seven-year-old Clinton Chimobi Ezeamaka, was pronounced dead the pediatric burn unit of The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Investigation concluded that the fire began because of improperly discarded cigarettes in the apartment directly below the victim's third-floor apartment. (w2marnews)
