Police are investigating the report of a sexual assault Friday night in a Linthicum hotel. According to a police report, officers responded to the Baltimore Washington Medical Center at about 6 a.m. Saturday to speak with a woman who said she was sexually assaulted at the BWI Sheraton Hotel in Linthicum on Friday night. The woman told police she arranged to meet a man on Friday at about 11 p.m. at the hotel, located in the 100 block of Old Elkridge Landing Road, police said. The victim told police that the man sexually assaulted her while inside the room and fled in an unknown direction. Police ask anyone with information to contact Detective Stephen Luersen at 410-222-3471.
