  1. Monday's snow affected some COVID-19 testing and vaccination clinics. The Anne Arundel County Department of Health canceled all morning immunizations at Anne Arundel community College Monday due bad weather conditions. Authorities hope to return to their normal schedules on Tuesday, Jan. 4. Snow could also affect Tuesday's appointments. Officials urged residents to check with their test location before going to their appointments. (Patch)
  2. Anne Arundel Library celebrates Black History Month in February. Community services about the Civil Rights Movement, Afro American culture and Black history personalities will be presented next month in various branches of the Anne Arundel County Public Library.   3. Nearby News: Inmates injured at Baltimore jail fire. Multiples fires were intentionally set at the Maryland Reception, Diagnostic and Classification Center (MRDCC). Twenty-four inmates were injured and treated at the scene and three others were transported to local hospitals. Fire Marshals concluded that a total of three fires were set in the common area of the institution. (Wmar2news)
