Body Identified as Glen Burnie Teen Who Killed Stepsister: Update

A body found in area woods by police officers searching for an 18-year-old from Glen Burnie accused of stabbing his younger stepsister and stepbrother — one fatally during a dispute at their home — has been identified as homicide suspect Andres Rafael Quintana Garcia, police say.

Indecent Exposure Arrest After Girls Alert Parents

Two 11-year-old girls walking home from school Wednesday afternoon alerted parents after a man exposed himself to them, say Montgomery County Police. Charges of indecent exposure have now been filed against John Stovall, 39, of the 19100 block of Stedwick Drive in Montgomery Village.

About 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, the girls were walking in the 19100 block of Stedwick Drive when a man, later identified as Stovall, approached them and exposed himself, police say. Both victims ran home and reported the incident to a parent. >>> Read more.
