• Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope Will Explore Billions of Galaxies With 288MP Camera (petapixel.com) — NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt has fully assembled the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope, marking a huge local milestone for a mission that could launch as soon as fall 2026. Built in Greenbelt, this observatory will map billions of stars and galaxies, probing dark matter, dark energy, and distant worlds with a powerful 288‑megapixel camera.
