HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Health officials are advising people to get tested for COVID-19 if they have coronavirus symptoms or have been around someone who tested positive for the virus.
The Harford County Health Department promotes test kit giveaways on its website and social media, according to Ronya Nassar of the Harford County Health Department.
"The health department is working with the Department of Emergency Services to plan COVID testing sites at fire stations in four corners of the county," Nassar told Patch. "The health department is partnering with Upper Chesapeake to provide the testing. This will begin in January and be posted on our website and social media."

As of Monday, it was out of at-home test kits.
