800 block, Lafayette Street, 10 a.m. on April 30. Alvin Michael Lopez, 50, of the 800 block of Lafayette St., was arrested on a Harford County Sheriff’s Office warrant for non-support.
Goforth Drive, 300 block, 12:27 p.m. on April 29. Fraudulent theft of student loans was reported. The incident was a case of identity theft used to gain access to a loan, according to police.

Pennington Avenue, 700 block, 5 p.m. on April 28. Michael Phillip Archambault, 42, of the 100 block of Deputed Testamony Place, was arrested and charged with violation of a protective order.
Union Avenue, 700 block, 5 p.m. on April 28. Isabel Rivas, 43, of the 600 block of Water St., was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
Commerce Street, 300 block, 2:43 a.m. on April 28. Elizabeth Saenz, 36, of the 200 block of South Union Ave., was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
Level Road, 2000 block, 11 p.m. on April 27. William Lee Woodford, 49, of the 1000 block of Leslie Road, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
Lafayette Street, 600 block, 6:54 p.m. on April 27. Torrence Jovan Dorsey, 35, of the 600 block of Lafayette St., was arrested and charged with assault.
Pulaski Highway, 800 block, midnight on April 22. Debra Marie Deloach, 53, of the 300 block of Fell Road in Rising Sun, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
