We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. The  boys and girls lacrosse teams are set for the <a href="http://www.mpssaa.org" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association</a> playoffs. The Warriors learned their opponents for the upcoming MPSSAA tournament. See the PDF files with this post depicting the brackets with the full slate of games. The Havre de Grace girls host Joppatowne at 6 p.m. Friday in the Class 2A/1A South region second round after both earned first-round byes. With a win, the Warriors would either host a semifinal round game or visit Fallston. The Warriors boys visit Rising Sun at 5 p.m. Wednesday in a Class 2A/1A East region first round clash. By winning, Havre de Grace would either visit Harford Tech or host Perryville, pending the result between the two potential opponents.
