The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! The weather held off and people took to the streets as Havre de Grace celebrated the first First Friday of the 2012 season. The city celebrates First Friday from May through December, drawing visitors and residents into the city's historic arts &amp; entertainment district. This year's opening First Friday included a new twist: closed roadways through the district with outdoor seating at one of the most popular restaurants in town. hosted big crowds on Washington Street, while around the corner, opened it's new deck. At one end of Washington Street, remained open for one final night—five years after opening. At the opposite end along St. John Street, welcomed regular foot traffic to its new storefront. Musical acts performed on three street corners and in front of a number of downtown businesses. Tents lined Washington and St. John streets, while Franklin Street was covered with cool cars.
