The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. The  softball and baseball teams are set for the Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association playoffs. The Warriors learned their opponents for the upcoming MPSSAA tournament. See the PDF files with this post depicting the brackets with the full slate of games. The Warriors softball team earned a first-round bye with the No. 4 seed and will host No. 5 Sparrows Point in the Class 1A North second round on May 14.  The Warriors baseball team was given a No. 9 seed and will visit No. 8 Perryville on Friday in Class 1A North first round action. The winner will visit No. 1 seed <a href="http://www.baltimorecivitas.org/index.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">BDJ/Civitas</a> on May 14.
