Blacksauce Kitchen Hosts Food Series in Sparks

The series, entitled Roadside Smoke, will take place at The Filling Station coffee shop.

If you're traveling by tonight, don't be alarmed by the smell of barbecue wafting from the Sparks coffee shop.

From 5 to 9 p.m., Blacksauce Kitchen, a popular Baltimore-based mobile food business, will hold the first of several demonstrations in their outdoor food series called Roadside Smoke, according to its website. The other events will take place on June 7, 21 and 28 at the same time.

The focus of the series will be on cuts of pork, the website states. Tonight's event will highlight the shoulder and the other lessons will feature the loin, shank and jowls respectively.
