North County Crime: Woman Robbed of Purse

Cockeysville
Lake Ridge Place, unit block, between June and Aug. 4. A burglar entered a vacant apartment, cut holes into a carpet and cut a water line under a sink. The carpet and water line are valued at $1,500.
Warren Road, unit block, between 10 a.m. and 10:10 a.m. Aug. 3. A man snatched a purse from a woman and ran off.
