Portion of Shawan Road To Close for Repairs
The Baltimore County Department of Public Works plans to reconstruct a culvert.
A portion of Shawan Road, west of Cuba Road, will be closed for construction on Sunday and Monday nights.
From 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. on both nights, crews from the Baltimore County Department of Public Works will be on site to reconstruct a culvert, said David Fidler, a department spokesman.
During the repairs, traffic will be detoured to Falls Road, Miller Road and Cuba Road, according to a news release. Directons for the detours are posted at nearby intersections.

Fidler said he doesn't anticipate any major traffic problems.
