Police to Stop Drivers at Sobriety Checkpoint

The Laurel Police Department will set up a sobriety checkpoint Friday evening, Sept. 26.

In a continued effort to keep drunk drivers off the road, the Laurel Police Department will be administering a sobriety checkpoint on Friday, Sept. 26 from 11 p.m. until 2 a.m.

According to a press release from the Laurel Police Department, the checkpoint will be located in the 100 block of Second Street.
