Free session features expert advice by Wendy Slaughter team members about rightsizing and selling a home in today's market

Residences at Vantage Point is hosting a new Compass Seminar Series, including informative sessions designed to help people plan for the future during retirement.

Karen Lawlor and Beth Ditman of the Wendy Slaughter Team will present “Rightsizing & Selling a Home in Today’s Market” on Thursday, Oct. 10, 10:30 a.m. Topics will include:

  • What is Rightsizing
  • What is most important to me right now (experiences, people, things, etc.)?
  • What do I want to accomplish (travel, life-long learning, wellness, etc.)?
  • Does my current home meet my needs today (less maintenance, ability to age in place)?
  • How do I take the fist steps toward rightsizing my life?
  • What’s going on in the local real estate market?
  • Is now a good time to sell?
  • What about interest rates?
  • How do I choose the right Realtor?
  • Does my home need improvements before I sell?

Space is limited. Small bites and refreshments will be served. RSVP for as many sessions in the series as you like at www.VantagePointResidences.org/compass or by calling 410-489-3037 to reserve a spot for yourself and a friend.
