3 Teens Arrested For Armed Robberies In Montgomery Village
A teen from Rockville and two teens from Germantown were arrested for robbing two people with guns in Montgomery Village, police said.

MONTGOMERY VILLAGE, MD — Three teenagers were arrested for two armed robberies that occurred in Montgomery Village February 15, Montgomery County Police announced Wednesday.
Police arrested Johntae S. Blue, 16, of Germantown; Kobe A. Hunter, 17, of Rockville and a 15-year-old male from Germantown.
The three victims are accused of stealing a phone from a man while armed with a gun in the area of Stedwick Road and Watkins Mill Road at about 9 p.m. Feb. 15. They also allegedly threatened a woman with a gun and stole her purse in the parking lot of the Montgomery Village Shopping Center a short time later, police said.

Police arrested Blue and the juvenile male in the area of Lost Knife Circle and Odendhall Avenue in Gaithersburg on Feb. 16. Hunter was arrested in Rockville on Feb. 17.
Blue and Hunter were charged as adults with two counts of armed robbery, police said. They are currently being held without bond at the Montgomery County Detention Center. The 15-year-old male was charged as a juvenile with two counts of armed robbery and detained by the Department of Juvenile Services.
