Armed Robbery at Severn Gas Station Sunday Night

SEVERN, MD — An armed robber held-up a Severn gas station late Sunday, according to Anne Arundel Police.

The man reportedly entered the Shell Gas Station at 2753 Rt. 175 at approximately 11 p.m. He produced a handgun and demanded money from the register. 

The suspect took an undetermined amount of cash and fled on foot. An effort to locate the man by officers, a K-9 and a police helicopter were unsuccessful.

The suspect is described as a black male, 6ft., 180lbs. and wearing dark clothing.
