33rd District Democrats Meeting - Thursday, 6 p.m. Perry's Restaurant. This will be an open forum meeting with no guest speaker. 

Yard, Book and Bake Sale at Epiphany Episcopal Church - Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Proceeds go toward community outreach efforts. 

Fall Sports Begin - On Wednesday, teams at nearby public high schools will begin practice. Scrimmages will begin shortly after.
