Colin Powell to Visit Fort Meade

Former Secretary of State Colin Powell will appear at Fort Meade on May 4 to sign his latest book, It Worked for Me: In Life and Leadership. The retired four-star general will be at the installation's main exchange from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
