Developer Seeks to Tweak North Patuxent Plans

The Odenton Town Center Plan Oversight Committee will meet on April 30.

The Odenton Town Center Plan Oversight Committee will meet next week to review three real estate projects.

Here's a look at the draft agenda for the April 30 meeting.

  • Elm Street Development will present a proposed modification to plans for townhomes along North Patuxent Road. The company is seeking a modification to "road design and tree removal" for the project, which calls for about 50 townhomes near the corner of North Patuxent Road and Becknel Avenue.
  • Developers of the Town Center Commons project across from the MARC Station will present plans for townhomes featuring live/work units.
  • Engineers will present plans for site improvements near 1410 Annapolis Rd. (near the corner at Dare Street.) New apartments are planned for the area.

A full copy of the draft agenda, which is subject to change, is attached.
