Waiting for the First Baby of 2012

There's nothing like ringing in the New Year with bibs, baby bottles and binkys. 

I wouldn't know personally, but I can imagine it's pretty awesome. So in an effort to gather information about babies due around New Year's, I'm asking local families to alert us to any mothers expecting a child close to Jan. 1. 

Over the years, companies like Babies 'R Us have offered incredible deals for the first child born in the U.S. on New Year's Day. This year, I'm hoping that with a little help from the community, I can learn which families are potential candidates for some pretty cool recognition.
