First 'Snow' of 2012

It's snowing in Odenton and Severn!

The flurries were falling in Annapolis for a few hours prior to the precipitation here, but according to the National Weather Service, the dusting will continue until about 10 p.m.

The snow was accumulating on grassy surfaces but was not sticking to roadways during the evening rush hour.

Later tonight, the precipitation is expected to turn into rain, according to the NWS.
