Gianni's Pizza Robbed at Gunpoint

The staff handed over an undisclosed amount of money, both personal and from the pizzeria.

Two men robbed Severn's at gunpoint Saturday night and made off with an undisclosed amount of money, according to Anne Arundel County Police. 

Police responded to the call at the 2600 block of Annapolis Road in Severn around 9:55 p.m. After seraching the surrounding areas officers were unable to find the two suspects. 

A man wearing a white bandana over his face entered the pizzeria and exposed the handgun to the Gianni's employees while the other suspect demanded money.

The pizza workers complied and handed over an undisclosed amount comprised of their personal money as well as Gianni's, said police.

The victims could not identify the vehicle or direction with which the suspects left the scene.

Several officers scanned the area but were unable to find the two men responsible for the robbery.
